ORDER TRACKING

Delivery of an order may vary depending on seller’s Days to Ship and Courier Delivery Lead Time. After confirmation of order, seller will be notified to arrange a pickup. my|barko supported courier will then pickup the order as scheduled. Following the successful order pickup the buyer should receive their order within the following time frame:

  • Within Metro Manila = 2 to 5 calendar days
  • Outside Metro Manila = 3 to 8 calendar days

“Order Received” button will be available within the day once the status has been updated by my|barko’s logistics partners.

Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day my|barko Logistics Partner has successfully picked up the order from the seller.

Please note that lead time varies depending on delivery address of the buyer and seller and couriers’ working days.

To track the status of an order, click on “Track Order” under the Order Details page.

Shipping Fee

You can check the shipping fee on the Product Page and during Checkout process in the Order Summary Box.

Shipping fees and rates are computed depending on the delivery address. Cheaper rates are within Metro Manila while VISMIN area rates are a bit higher.

You can only order a number of items per transaction as long as it is within the allowable weight limit (3kg), if you really wanted more items you can do so by making multiple order transactions.

DELIVERY

We cannot provide the specific date and time of your order’s delivery as it will depend on the prearranged schedule and route of the courier.

my|BARKO can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through notification after you place your order.

my|barko currently doesn’t offer this option. But we will offer store/branch pick up soon for your purchased items.
